Created by award winning winemakers only a few kilometers from Crescent Head, with chardonnay grapes sourced from NSW.

This sparkling wine is bottle fermented using traditional French methods, resulting in a beautifully subtle wine with persistent beading. 

A luscious bouquet of melon, citrus and green apple, is followed by a lively and refreshing palate softened by a creamy mouthfeel. A fresh, crisp and clean finish.

Ideal paired with seafood.
